We will send you an email when you get mail with a brief description so you know how urgent it is. You can collect your mail in person, have it scanned or forward it to you.

What is a Virtual Office?
It is a physical location you can use for your business and registered address.
It comes with a lot of advantages:

What is the difference between a Registered and Business Address?
Your business address is the one you use on your website, social media, invoices etc.
A registered business address is one that you use to register your company at Companies House.
Can I use my address with Companies House & HMRC?
Yes! Our all-inclusive plan automatically gives you the option to use the address at Companies House and HMRC. You don’t pay anything extra.
Does my business have to be registered in Scotland?
Yes and no.
If you are looking only for a business address, your business doesn’t have to be registered in Scotland.
But if you would like to use this address as a Registered Business Address, according to law, you have to be a Scottish registered business.
Can I use the space?
Our Virtual Office doesn’t grant access to the space, but our memberships do!
Coffee Meeter (£50+vat) gives you 18 hours per month to use on meeting rooms, desk and phone booths bookings. With this membership, you can also register your business here!
And the unused hours roll over for up to 12 months so you won’t lose them if not used within a month.

How long does it take to set up the Virtual office?
It can be a very quick process.
To fill out the form it takes 5 minutes. You provide us with all the necessary information including proof of ID and proof of address. How quickly you do this will determine how quickly we can set up your address.
IMPORTANT: We do have to approve your documents (requirement of anti-money laundering HMRC policy) before you can start using the address.
What documents will you need from me?
In order for us to provide this service to you, we are required under HMRC Anti-Money Laundering Regulations to obtain copies of ID and Proof of Address, for a director of the business (who is also the one signing up for the service).
- Proof of ID – a photo identification document such as a passport or driving licence.
- Proof of Address – current home utility bill, current bank statement or other official document sent to your address in the last 3 months.
Can I use the address on Google?
Not with the Virtual Office plan.
For Google you can only use our address if you are really based here, meaning you have one of our memberships that includes access to our space.
Is there a minimum term commitment?
No! Our plan is monthly running and you can cancel it at any point. Please note there is 30-day cancellation policy.
