How does it work?
For example:
Your team of 5 signs up for 3 Occasional Office memberships (40 hours pcm each). It means that:
Your team has 120 hours for hot desking/phone booths/meeting rooms
up to 3 team members can book a resource at the time
other team members (up to 3 members per 1 membership) can get an access to the space
each team member can book what they need
everybody sees how many hours the team has left
there will be only one invoice sent to your accountant
