How do I get my messages?
Most messages are passed by email free of charge. However we can send you a text message or transfer calls through for a small charge.
Am I charged for wrong numbers or sales calls?
No. Calls under 20 seconds will always be free of charge, reducing unwelcome calls. If we have passed a message which has been a sales call we will refund it.
What if I want to cancel?
The service is on a monthly rolling basis, you can cancel at any time. Send an email to let us know.
How do I pay?
The cost will be added to your monthly membership invoice.
What information will you collect from the caller?
Usually the caller’s name, their company, a contact number and a short message.
If you need more information gathered, we can quote a price.
When will you answer my calls?
Your calls get answered from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside these hours we can divert your calls to a voicemail and forward your messages when the office opens.
Do I need a landline number?
Yes. To provide you with call answering you need to have a landline number assigned by Collabor8te. If you don’t have it yet, you can choose one here for free.
How do you answer my calls?
Our small but efficient call-answering team will answer your calls in your company name in a friendly and welcoming way. You can also forward us a script to follow if you wish.
What about calls out of hours?
For a small monthly charge, we can set up a personalised voicemail message and notify you instantly when someone leaves a message.
